Who ‘suffered’ all our loss.
Yes, He paid ALL the price
to set us ‘free’ from sin,
We just ‘work’ because we LOVE Him
& lead other souls to Him.
COMPLETED!
no, there’s nothing more to do;
To merit God’s favor
we must only CHOOSE ~
JESUS CHRIST!
as our personal Savior.

So that ~ YOUR SOUL
He could SAVE!

Over on the other side of Jordan
lies the ‘River of Life’,
No more heartache & suffering
no more trouble & strife.
All is Peace & Comfort
Joy & Love fill the soul,
We can ALL cross over ~ if
we ‘yield’ to CHRIST’S control.
Just give your ‘life’ unto The Savior
ONLY HE can improve your ‘behavior’.
We CAN’T do it on our own
though we ‘try & try’,
But if we come ‘just as we are’
JESUS will HELP that old ‘self’ die!
GRADUALLY we’ll become
more & more like Jesus,
Shining HIS LOVE out to others ~ leaving
our past ~ which is so grievous.
Oh, we’ll carry many ‘scars’
but they’ll ‘pale’ in comparison,
Compared to Christ’s ‘Nail Prints’
ours will leave ‘no impression’.
What we’ve suffered will seem as nothing
when we get to Heaven,
Bowing before our Savior
seeing ‘His Scars’ ~ all SEVEN!
‘Seven Scars you say?
Tell me ~ where are they?
His Head, His Back, 2 Feet, 2 Hands
All bruised & broken for EVERY MAN!
But that is only ‘six’ you say
where is the other part?
The one they thrust right through His Side
& ‘pierced’ His ‘broken Heart’!
Yes, His Heart was broken
‘blood & water’ proved that,
Broken for YOU & ME
OUR ‘sins’ laid on His Back!
For One Who ‘knew NO sin’
‘became sin’ for you & me
That’s WHY He came to die
upon a cruel Tree.
He WANTED to give His Life ~ for
only HIS BLOOD could COVER our sins,
So when God looks down on US
His ‘Favor’ we can win.
For now God sees ~
His Precious Loving SON,
The One Who was WILLING
to DIE for EVERY ONE!
