We cannot live upon the mountain
as ‘reality’ isn’t there,
We must descend into the Valleys
where 'real life' isn’t fair!
Oh Lord, help us do it ~
to descend with Grace & Peace,
So that others may see YOU in us
Who offers 'sweet release'. *

"SPIRITUAL THOUGHTS"
God places ‘springs’ in the Valleys (Ps.104:10) where He leads us (Ps.23:2),
to restore our souls & our failing health (Ps.23:3).
And, while we are there in that Valley, the ‘birds’ come & nest
beside the streams & ‘sing’ among the branches & trees (Ps.104:12).
Oh, that we would stop & listen as they sing, for it is GOD talking to us
& helping us to get the much needed ‘rest’ we need. Ps.23:2
also says He makes me (Living Bible says He 'lets' me) REST,
but either way, HE is in control & knows what’s best for us
at ALL times. 2/7/95
